This short little story was written about a short little dog with a very big heart....literally. Moe has a heart defect called subaortic stenosis. It is severe enough that it cannot be fixed with surgery. Moe's heart has to work much harder to do the same job as other pets or people, so his heart becomes enlarged, leading to a much shorter life span. None of us know how many days we have and neither does Moe. He simply lives his best every day. If we could only do the same.
Stella and Moe are two precocious pups who's adventures, while sometimes leading them into danger, always teaches them a valuable lesson. Moe has a severe heart condition that should have shortened his life to one a year. At the time of this printing Moe is two and a half years old and living life to it's fullest each day.
Join us with Patsy Burdine and Moe, as she discusses and signs her books, Miracle of Moe and Stella and Moe's Big Adventure.
